Dogs react mostly on instincts, that's how they survive. They're aggressive because of their past experiences with humans. This aggression is their only way to protect themselves. Because no one else will protect them. And now you want to kill these innocent strays?
Guys please, I don't think such drastic measures are to be taken against these strays. Why can't we give them a chance? Rethink this. I think we can all put up with a little barking.

1. It is common sense that dogs bark.
2. There hasn't been a case of a dog attacking a resident yet. There is no solid evidence backing some residents' claims.
3. From the SOSD Singapore video, some residents beg to differ from the complaints. Is the contradiction not going to be taken into consideration?
3. Who will protect our flora and fauna if we don't?
4. Those dogs are innocent and do not deserve to be culled.

Dogs are homeless because of people who do not spay/alter and/or dump them like trans for the oat part. Why should dogs have to suffer for what people do or don't do?Instead of penalizing them it would be better and kinder to help them by allowing the to stay where they are.

Having lived in Singapore I well know the connection there with 'street dogs' and during my four-year stay, adopted and cared for a puppy which I found on the base of a dry monsoon drain. I called him Lucky and after four years, handed him over to a New Zealand family to take care of as I was returning to the UK. People seemed to care more then (1959-1963) but I would love to think that Singapore has what it takes to take care of its little street dogs still. Please; let them remain at Hillview Avenue Hardcourt Garden. That would be so wonderful. Thank you for your time.
