The people who wants the strays to be caught are simply those who aren't fond of one and/or do not own one.
Stray dogs do not chase people for they are afraid of. Those who said that stray dogs "chase" them is because they are scared of dogs.
I sign this petition in hopes that AVA don't catch the dogs. They are also livings things that share their lives in this world with us human. Why kill them when they are trying hard to survive because they are not own by anyone.
Does it mean that house pet dogs are proper lives and stray dogs aren't ? This is just a ridiculous excuse to kill these innocent lives.

every animal deserve to ve live .. there are no different from human being ..infact there are no like human being ... who are selfish and evil..and cruel abusing the animals. Reapect the animals, for they have feelings too..
