It would be harmful to the residents of High Point to allow gas tanks to be buried so close to a lake that supplies over 100,000 people their water.
Besides that, Eastchester Dr is already congested and crowded, especially near the highway being there. There are other places they can build farther away from our water source.

NO to this rezoning & development plan. This area already has enough traffic and accidents, and we REALLY don't want to add 2 high-intensity businesses so close to the Oak Hollow watershed. Noise, light pollution, and crime will also increase, resulting in negative effects for nearby residents and businesses.

There is heavy traffic in this area. This would only create more traffic in an area that is undergoing construction to alleviate a traffic burden.
