I have had children in attendance at Hidden Hills for the last 11 years. I learned a long time ago that a school can not be judged by "ratings" or "test scores". It can not be judged by how much money it's PTA can raise. It can only be judged by the dedication, hard work, and passion of it's teachers to teach, the willingness and work ethic of it's students to learn, and the commitment of it's parents to cooperate and collaborate with the teachers and staff to ensure academic success, and social and personal growth of it's students. I have three very academically and socially successful students in CUSD because all of these elements are present at Hidden Hills Elementary. But, what I value most about our years at Hidden Hills is the love and compassion the families have for each other in this culturally diverse school community. That can not be taught out of a text book. That can only be taught by example. My children have learned from the best. There is no price tag any district can put on that.
