I attended this Elementary School when I was younger. I was there the whole time till middle school. I participated in all the charities, my Boy Scout troop held our meetings there and all our activities, taught me how to play the violin and trumpet, which I am still able to do, and made life with a child or children very easy and accessible by all the families around. The teachers and staff are great, it also has programs for children with awesome skills as I say, which helped my sister with her speech and she doesn't slur any words, can pronounciate everything and speak just like you and I. Good children go to that school and try their best at everything the school has to offer, from science fairs, to learning how to paint both oil and basic, from learning cursive and overall made my childhood what it was. I'm now a service member in the United States Navy, working as a missile technician on submarines and leave my family for months at a time. Currently my youngest sister is going there and she writes me all the time about her teachers and all her friends, what she does for recess and how much she loves her YMCA which watches your children after school while parents are working and can come pick them up after work without stressing about their kid being alone. Please don't take that away from me. That's all I ask, please let her continue to write to me about her school which she knows I went to. She sees my little stone plaque on the wall of all those students who graduated and she still brings up the fact that I misspelt my first name and brings a smile to my face every time. I love her to death and I know she wouldn't want to be anywhere else besides the school her big brother went to. That's the only true memory she has left of be besides a stuffed teddy bear I gave her before I left to join the military. Save my old elementary school. Save my sisters school please. Thank you <3

Think before you act! Today's kids are tomorrow's adults. Don't you want adults who will give back and contribute to their community? Save Hidden Hills Elementary and show these kids their wellbeing is important.

My son has been going here for three years and he's now in first grade. He loves the teachers and has had the best schooling experience here. It would be beyond sad to see the school close

Please find an alternative and creative site for the charter school. Closing down neighborhood schools doesn't make sense.
