Theatre in Tulsa needs to grow, not shrink. Keep what we have open for all to enjoy !!

My daughter is new to Clark, but has already fallen in love with the people of Clark and has developed a love for drama. Our children NEED a place to go to learn and develop their passions and dreams. Please SAVE CLARK!

I don't go to Clark but some of my friends do and I know how much the theatre means to them. I love acting and if theymade it illegal I would probably be in jail because it is just like making your dreams illegal which is wrong. please don't shut down Clark .

Tulsa should be proud of its arts community and help fund its future. Clark Theatre was a great experience growing up for me and continues to help children emerge strong and confident. If we can afford new stadiums in several of our public schools over the last few years, we can afford to support the arts. As a young adult a semester away from college graduation, it is decisions like this that make me hesitant to start my life and a family of my own in Tulsa. Without Clark, I would not be the confident college student I am today. It really helped me find myself and my strengths at an early age; while I eventually fell away from theatre, the skills I learned there have helped me achieve in the academic arena. I was nominated for Most Outstanding Thesis (and was rated as Exceeds Expectations by a panel of professors) at my university, and I absolutely credit the confidence I found at Clark with helping me do that. Now, my future nephew is finding his footing in much the same way; it would be horribly unfair for him to be deprived the opportunities that I had not all that long ago and got me where I am today. Tulsa's kids don't have much in the way of public facilities; is keeping this one really more than our area can handle?

Youth theater is one of the true jewels in Tulsa's crown, and has been for decades. It is absolutely crucial that we continue to give these programs the support they have earned.

It would be a sad state of affairs to shut down this program.

Please DO NOT shut down this facility! It has reached more people than any of us will ever know. Don't erase the arts from Tulsa's face. Please.
