Mandate no more than 7 stories if building is approved!!

*The person(s) pushing forward this effort should identify who they are, and any organizations/businesses that are aligned for this cause. (Regardless of the headline, you should know who you are aligning with) *The website with the “details” of the project is questionable and actually impossible to fully read. It doesn’t format correctly and cuts out information. Not to mention the spelling errors. *There are no links or references to actual documentation for any of this. Where are the formal requests to the city, or businesses who own the current properties? It’s hard to take this seriously, but if I could I’d be against it happening too.

Buildings like this lower quality of life for residents in homes around the building.

I am against this! It will take away any Mountain View’s we have left :(

More apartments without investing in infrastructure isn’t helping our neighborhoods. Things have gotten SO overcrowded and the neighborhood isn’t a suffering. Please stop rezoning for corporate profits.

No more apartments that no one can afford!

I live at seventh and Logan and it is incredibly congested and there is no parking. This is a complete loss of skyline and a community negative . It is inconsistent with the planning of the area. Please do not allow this rezoning for the residents who are here and invested in our city.

Don’t want any more tall apt. in the neighborhood.

A 13-story apartment building will be detrimental to our neighborhood by spoiling views and changing the look of our intimate neighborhood. Please deny the application by developers.

To Chris, you live in the neighborhood, i see you at trader joes. Don't let this happen. I voted for you, i support your bike lanes and sidewalk projects. This building is what is wrong with new-Denver. Please help us.

Please don't destroy our beautiful neighborhood. There's been enough development that has sacrificed the integrity of our historic neighborhood.

I just moved here and chose this area because of the views and low traffic. Please do not allow this to happen!

Please don't do this. Every block looks the same with these generic buildings. Developers have ruined all that is quaint about Capitol Hill. Please no more lining of pockets. Do the RIGHT thing! We vote.
