This is already one of the densest neighborhoods in Denver. A new building just went up on 7th and Grant and doesn't look remotely full. This is unnecessary and will make a bad parking situation worse

Traffic has already increased in an uncomfortable way due to recent development. We cannot absorb more density! Please preserve our neighborhood!

Will there ever be any peace from overdevelopment in this neighborhood? Will long-standing owners of a decade or longer constantly need to be stressed out about these kinds of projects?

The represents a major negative impact on the community and is unnecessary in a time when apartment completions are declining due to market forces. Wrong place, wrong time.

Sherman St and 7th Ave are not arterials. The neighborhood is heavily impacted with new apartments now and 400+ more willl ruin the neighborhood
