As a Denver Native and long time resident of Capital Hill and Governor’s Park, I am so tired of watching greed win over good.
So they want to build something to bring more people into an already overcrowded area where crime is off the charts. What about those of us who already live here and have for decades...what about our loyalty to Denver, our quality of life? Do we mean nothing? This can not happen. No more.

The city has already sold out to the developers and this is just one more instance in which the quality of life for those of us who have lived here for years is being challenged once again. Let the City Council have this built in their neighborhood to see how they feel about such a venture. Parking is already a challenge and this is just one more addition to such a three ring circus. Once again, have the City Council members come to our area and park.

this is not the neighborhood for this building. Traffic will be impaired, parking made impossible. the streets are narrow enough in this area. This huge block structure is way out of proportion for the area and it's another for the moent money churing endeavor that serves the few but punishes the many people established in the neighborhood. We're here mainly because of the walk ability and uniqueness of the neighborhoods; also the great city life views and mountain- scapes. A giant monolith building will not increase anyone's pleasure of this and surrounding neighborhoods

The historic charm of these wonderful old neighborhoods like governer’s park is what attracts people to want to live in them. That charm is fast disappearing under the heels of over sized, out of scale, UGLY buildings that do nothing but ruin the very charm that make them desirable in the first place! - everything is for the benefit of greedy, pig developers, politicians, bond daddies and members of legal firms who don’t have to live in the shadows of these architectural atrocities that they foist upon the rest of us!

I am horrified that yet another developer wants to build an oversize apartment blg at the Racines location. We already have too many large apt bldgs in the immediate area and we need the restaurant as this area is very densely populated. I almost cried when I heard about this horrific project. It would make a disaster of this area where I live. I hate this whole thing!

Cap hill is already a busy neighborhood and appreciate it as it is. To see a large complex come would be disappointing because there are already so many half filled complexes out there. Want a cap hill residence? Search for an already existing one don’t build an obnoxious structure
