The area is already overwhelmed with these kind of highrises in historic neighborhoods destroying the city we love/loved.

Why should we turn our city over to "out of state" property developers to profit from?

Don't do this we have enough high rises in Denver you are killing the views and killing the vibe of Colorado.

This is an abomination! How many gift apartment buildings do we need blocking the beautiful Denver skyline? Obstructing sunlight to the park and a huge influx of traffic is not what Denver needs. I am so sick of the mayor bending over backwards for these giant out of state developers. It is ruining our beautiful city.

Absolutely no more!! Our city has been bombarded by people with to much money buying up land, and destroying our community and its esthetic. Locals are over it. Appalled at the fast rate the city has approved these plans without considering what it takes away from our community historic value. Shame! Your greed will haunt you..

Please stop this project.

The mayor and at least half Of the council people in office right now are trying to destroy the livibility Of denver. Follow the money- people are getting payoffs and kickbacks !

I am President of the largest apartment management company in the city of Denver, Cornerstone Apartment Services, Inc. My office is adjacent to this project and the scale and scope of the apartment development is outsized to the neighborhood, eliminating any natural light to our office. My business needs easy access to alley to conduct our business and this development greatly compromises it.

the ongoing growing density of this city is appalling and I'm extremely concerned.

To tall considering the location especially with no step backs in place. How about a little more focus on good and timeless architecture and not a land barge wrapped in balconies.

I support this petition as Denver needs to stop this destruction of the City through too much density and lack of respect for communities. City Council needs to listen to the community stakeholders (unlike Crestmoor Park and many others). Keep up a good fight. Thanks.

Capitol Hill is an historic district, and the character of the neighborhood has already been compromised enough with massive projects. Denver has done a deplorable job of preserving the historic character of the city, and it's livability. Even so, buildings that are already in this neighborhood have to follow strict guidelines for renovations, there should be similar requirements for all new buildings. Please don't let this complex be built here as proposed. All new projects should try to fit in harmony with the Governor's mansion area and should not be allowed not block the view from the mansion or the park.

Allowing the developer to build that complex would forever change the landscape of the area, and not for the better. Keep our lovely neighbourhood the way we all love it!

The height of this building is too tall. Please only allow 6-7 stories. As I grew up on Humboldt Street in 1960's, homes were razed in the 1200 block. What a shame to allow such tall structures. This looks too much like the buildings on Speer that encompass the entire lot.
