I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and I can’t believe how grossly overdeveloped it’s becoming. We don’t need another luxury apartment building here.

What about some "responsible" development with site sensitive, street/pedestrian oriented approach, some thought to sense of place and community. We do NOT need another monstrosity with inadequate setbacks, no landscaping, no concern for the stress of the proposed development on the neighborhood. For shame.

This is a serious threat to our neighborhood. We already are suffering from other large apt. complexes, impossible parking on our streets, and a loss of local businesses that we rely on.
This destroys the neighborhood character and quality of life.

This development can add up to 600 extra autos to a neighborhood that is already suffocated by parking.
The city only requires 230 off-street parking spaces in the structure. This project is proposed in a core neighborhood that was woefully short of off-street parking 20 or more years ago. We have just suffered the infusion or two other huge apartment complexes in the near vicinity, and two more close by.

We definitely don't need another high end apartment complex in this neighborhood. It's already overcrowded and parking is nearly impossible. I'd like to know if there will be a parking structure and if it would accommodate all of the units. It's also sad to see a long-time neighborhood watering hole get overturned by overpriced apartment rentals. I really hope this project doesn't come to fruition as I think it would be a detriment to our community!

Denver does not need more high cost/high rise apartments. Rent prices are coming down because of the surplus. This proposed complex will also negatively change the neighborhood with more traffic and obtructed views.
