I have been employed at Giant Steps for the past 7 years, and it has been engrained in me to be an advocate for all students that attend Giant Steps, putting their best interest and needs at the forefront of my career. Closing this school is doing the exact opposite of everything I have ever been taught. Giant Steps is more than just a school, its a lifeline for families in dire need of help, and it's a family to the devoted and selfless staff. Please keep this school open!!

It would be great loss to all of the children who need the services provided. Due the issues that these children present, some exceptions need to made to school requirements for covid-19.
Covid will eventually pass but the needs of the children will not.

Please do whatever you can to keep the school open! My friends son has finally found a school that’s great for him! All of these kids deserve to not have their lives turned upside down even more than it has with the pandemic. Thank you.
