I hope this outpouring of support allows you to reconsider the decision to close the school which has been such a tremendous resource for families with special needs kids.

Please don’t take this lifeline away from these children and their families. The loss of Giant Steps to these courageous children would be a devastating blow to their overall progress and well being. There must be someway to keep Giant Steps open.

My best friend waited months to get into this school. Her son depends on it as he has many needs and she is often overwhelmed.

It is so important for children with special needs to be in a familiar structured environment! Change is very difficult, they need their familiar surroundings on a daily bases!!!!

This is an important service that is desperately needed in the community. The covid crisis will not last forever. It seems shortsighted to close this institution because of a short term difficulty. So many have lost so much during this terrible time. Please do not make them lose more.
