I would like to know the lake patrol's reasoning/argument for suddenly prohibiting the use of this ski course that has been in place and caused no problems for more than 15 years??

Most boaters and jet skiers who access this cove, do not have a clue how to drive their vessels with "no wake" or they are the entitled public and disrespect the signage. All the serious skiers who use this course have the utmost respect for the neighbors and make every effort to control their wake. In addition, they politely encourage others to control their wakes. The skiers value this site and do all they can to preserve it !!! You can ban the respectful participants but you "can't fix stupid !!!"

I agree. We front this cove and have no issue with this course. The ski club is very respectful and stops at the end of.the cove. Several of us were here before the no wake zones were put up without our input after a new person down the way decided they didn't want any wake on their new boat dock. Let us try to work this out with the neighbors. George has deepened this cove after many hours of his own labor without any Lake Authority help. It is true that this was approved by the lake Authority before so should stay that way.

This is a good mans pride and joy, let him keep it. He's put blood, sweat and tears into it, as I have personally seen him put these forth.

This is a responsibly placed course and doesn't make any sense to shut it down. Please let the course stay!

seems unfair officials would change the rules after 15 years. It appears to be very remote. If the neighbors dont mind, why would the power at be mind.

I pray a peaceful resolution will be achieved. This man has brought many hours of happiness to lots of people over the years and promoted Lake Tyler. I have several new friends who want to buy a house out here after just one weekend of hanging out in our cove. George deserves his ski course and his time of happiness!
