EBC has had its most successful period in history over the last 10 years with George Walkers as match secretary. Not only has silverware been a regular occurrence but George has brought quality to the club as well as his fantastic organisational skills. His dedication to making EBC even more successful, his desire and passion will be sorely missed if the committee accept his resignation. Sign this petition if you would like to see George Walker stay as match secretary

Updates

February 18, 2017

The massive surge in support proves that EBC members are done with the committee incompetence that forced George to consider leaving. These cowards in charge need to realize that we will not let them throw away the best match secretary this club has ever seen.

As an ex low waters player I never imagined myself as an Eddlewood member.I gave up bowls 8 years ago and for 2 years never picked a bowl up until george walker asked me to play in invitation tournaments with my auld pal jim dalton.I've been friends with george and many of the members for years and can honestly say I've never been prouder than when I pull on an Eddlewood shirt.this is due to george walker and I urge the committee to bring back george
