Residential in keeping with the Olmsed Park and the neighborhood architecture. NO retail please. We have fabulous retail one block away on Elmwood Avenue.

A terrific site for residential. But, please, no retail. Delaware Avenue and Gates Circle does not need a retail center. Not even every avenue in Manhattan has retail, certainly not every avenue in Buffalo needs it. What would be next, Richmond Avenue?

NO BLANKET ZONING FOR THE MONTANTE REDEVELOPMENT!! Keep this area a neighborhood, not a shopping center.
