As a former member of Grimsby Symphony orchestra, this would be great loss of parking for the audiences to the concerts. People will be put off by lack of space, especially as the audience tend to be elderly and many unable to walk far

To consider a travellers site in a residential/commercial area is ridiculous. It will deter customers and detract from the housing environment. In this case the Central Hall will no longer be able to survive.

Come on council members get your act together and realise no one wants these traveller sites next to where they live. Why can’t there be a site allocated on Pyewipe or at least on the outskirts of town away from housing. Will the provision of a site lead to a permanent base for them and if so they need to pay their way.

I can't believe that a council would even consider this as an option.

Dreadful that this car park should even be considered considering Freeman Street is regenerating and effort should be put in to save our historic buildings like Grimsby central hall.

To put travelers on the car park is totally the wrong place near to one of the oldest buildings still used and standing every other piece of our heritage has gone or left to rot .

The Central Hall is an iconic building and the best we have for musical events. Taking away it’s car park will be the death of this venue. I feel it is disgusting that it has been put forward as a suggested location for the traveller site. Does this council not value our heritage?
