The dance school girls park there, its a dodgy area to be walking distance, uoung girls need this. If the car park goes so will the dance school at the central hall.

This car park has CCTV and provides safety when leaving our cars.
We already walk in groups with this car park. If it Is closed we cannot attend our dance classes at the hall.

I may not live in Grimsby anymore but I remember as a child how Freeman St was a thriving, bustling place, in years gone by when Grimsby was famous for it's fishing trade it played an important role in the town however having visited family over years been saddened to see it go downhill. Last time I spoke to my family they were so pleased to hear the plans for the area to be regenerated. I feel that allowing travellers to settle on Garibaldi St will be a final nail in the areas coffin. How sad that will be. Let's give Grimsby something to be proud of once sgain.

This is not a suitable location for a traveler site. They need to be on the outskirts of town where they can avoid any impact on others and live their lives

Unfortunately the most suitable sites are on pieces of land adjacent to or near the more affluent residents, and the easy option is for the council to put a further burden on those in a weaker position. such as the poor, the elderly and physically challenged.

Pointless to offer them, they won't accept anywhere without grass. Even if you declare it a space for them, they will still go wherever the hell they want. Look more seriously at Waltham airfield. How is it too far from local services, when there aren't even services for the good, responsible citizens who pay their taxes and live further out. Your reasons against that site are pathetic, a double standard, and show a ridiculous amount of pandering to a parasitic scourge on society who try to make out they are an ethnic minority. It seems criminal is a minority now right?

Would not help the future development of the area which. It would be a conflict of interest within the council as one part of the council is trying regenerate the area whilst another is trying to give the travellers a location which will harm the area

How can thios possibly be the right thing to do, the area is surrounded by pensioners, my mum being one, which unfortunately is food and drink to travellers. they dont wnat to be part of society, so dont put them in the middle of society, the area is run down enough, allowing a travellers par, you may a well bulldoze the whole area.

It is very important to maintain the parking. As I am only able to walk short distances it is vital for anyone like me.
