This could well be the worst place to allow travellers. Freeman St is trying very hard at the moment to upgrade itself and this would be a HUGE step backwards.

Central Hall is pinnacle to culture within the area. The car park is necessary to being able to access this wonderful venue. Turning the car park into a gypsy site would mean that central hall would be inaccessible and in turn unused.

The central hall needs all the support for all they do and such a lovely place this will have a detrimental impact on those that use the central hall it is not an ideal location for what nelc have suggested

I use this car park every week when I have dance class and sometimes at the weekend when I take my boy to the skate park . I’m sure there are other sites that aren’t being used . We are all trying to keep central hall running and this would be a nail in its coffin

I was one of a group of people who volunteered to help clear one site after the carnage left by travellers, this site is totally inappropriate and would turn the area into a 'no go' zone

I think it is absolutely ridiculous, and unfair, that the rate payers of Grimsby, both businesses and standard, should have to provide land for travelers. They have chosen the life they want to follow so just keep traveling!!
