This car park is totally inappropriate for travellers. They do need designated space though. What about the area beyond the YMCA? Or Weelsby Woods?

We use this car park regularly in the evenings when going to the central how, plus siting travellers there isn’t exactly going to make us feel safe when going to/from the central hall in the evenings.

The freemen, of the town need to stop this now ! Regenerate ? Freeman street are the council out of their heads ? YMCA ,salvation army, then this? The market will be open house .

The creation of a traveller site will almost certainly result in the closure of the Central hall which is a much valued venue in the town
