I agree. The detractors don't care about local residents trying to safely turn into their own streets - but that's the real issue

There is no perfect solution. This one has taken two years to get started. Read the history on RMS website - this is the best solution we will get.

As a Park Avenue resident we do NOT want any narrowing or right turn lanes off Fullers Rd. This is not alleviating any if the speed issues along Fullers Rd at all.

I agree we need a speed camera to stop the speeding.

I agree Glenda - we need something done to reduce the speeding. I can't believe the RMS doesn't think a speed camera would make them $$$$

The road is busy enough in peak periods do they want to turn it into a parking lot

The RMS proposal will only make matters worse on Fullers Road. Do we really want gridlock every afternoon?

Narrowing the road will create another problem. Any stoppages will cause traffic jam back to Pacific Hwy and Help St.

We need speed cameras.....road narrowing waste of time and money.

The dangers associated with this section of roadway are principally due to excessive speed. Our repeated calls for speed camera deterrence are repeatedly knocked back without any serious explanation of why. My wife and I are regular users of the footpath between Greville and the Highway. The 50km speed limit is completely ignored. Time to get serious, bandaids no longer good enough.

This will create a permanent traffic snarl and residents will hve even more problems getting in and out of their driveways. This road needs widening or some strong deterrent like speed cameras to change people's behaviour.

Sure, let's just add another 45 minutes to everyone's commute, not to mention stuffing up the flow of traffic during non-peak times if people are driving behind a bus.

Road funding should address driver safety. Reduced lanes are not going to reduce speed.
