Please do not close this school. The well being of these young children should be the priority of the school system. Their development can be very fragile. Let them experience consistency in their young lives.

I've only heard good things about this school. Please try a little harder to keep it open. Next year could be a banner year for new students.

I would really hate to see this school closed I have so many memories. I was there K-5 and still remember all of my teachers. This was a fantastic school with very caring teachers and staff. It offered the best environment for me and any kid to learn and grow and if they needed an extra hand there was someone avaible to help.

Closing Fox Ridge is NOT in the best interest of the nearly 400 students that attend there along with the other 700 students that are being "re-positioned"

This closing would be extremely detrimental to the students and staff. Solid relationships between students and educators is key in the success of the student.

There is no logical reason to make the change. If there is a requirement for such a transformation, there are better candidates than Fox Ridge Elementary.

Fox Ridge is an amazing school. I would hate to see it's doors closed to all the wonderful children who go there, the families who have built community there, and the incredible staff who make it a home for all.

My wife and sister-in-law are former Fox Ridge students and their parents still live in the neighborhood. They all speak highly of the school.
In my opinion, choosing to rush from an initial announcement on January 18th to a final decision less than a month later doesn't allow the most important stakeholders in this decision, the families with enrolled students and the other area homeowners, to be heard.
I urge D303 to reconsider their current plans.

I can not believe they are closing Fox Ridge and keep an old run down school like Lincoln open.
Next election, vote them all the hell out!
