Trish & Volunteers do so much good work for Leigh Community.. i cant praise them enough.. i go every saturday morning & will support the tea rooms till the end.

This is such a lovely quirky cafe run by lovely people. It's so nice have this in Leigh compared to the other parks we have .

The tea room is a much frequented place in Pennington. We love it so much and it has been a welcome edition to Pennington park. We cannot lose it.

I find the decision to give the volunteers notice is completely disrespectful of all the hard work they have put in to bring the park back to life. I feel the people who made the decision should consider their morales before enforcing this.

If its not broken dont fix it love visiting with grand children sevice is given with love and passion the staff love doing what they do dont be a greedy council listen to the people who voted to put you in a position of trust

There are so few people willing to do something for nothing. With so much run down in Leigh it's nice seeing energy and effort put in to a community project by volunteers. Please reconsider this and the message you are sending to our children about community investment.

If the cafe is run by another organisation other than the friends of Pennington park, I for one will boycott the park. I will also spread the word. Disgraceful act Wigan Council. Shame on you. Parasites !!!
