Whoever came up with this latest empty yed idea to overturn all the fantastic work done by the good people from Pennington Park Team Room need to be fired off from their high horse never to work representing the good people of the Borough again

The cafe provides somewhere for the community to go. Not just for food. How many people actually rely on this stayin open? Wigan cant let us have somethin better than they have!!!!

Why ruin what can only be a good thing. This does not make sense..it was getting better and better and drawing more people to the park. Can't understand it. Save Pennington Tea Rooms!!!

Leigh needs it's own identity and it's community. You need to stop closing and interfering with what few places are left in Leigh that don't suck dry all the hope and cohesion of our town.

This is terrible news. Wigan Council should be thanking these people.
