If it ain't broke, why fix it?............What is the real reason for not renewing the lease? If it is a face lift that is needed, as is what Highwoods is doing, why not afford her the opportunity to also make improvements and upgrades? It will be a sad day if she is forced to leave and one that will not be taken lightly by the tenants of 3401.

I honestly hate the fact that you have to even think about this. Its been the best option for people that cant leave the building due to a busy schedule

Eun has great food options for a lunch (or breakfast) needed in a hurry. It would be a tremendous loss to 3401 if her cafe were closed.
