My friends little boy attends the wells centre and it's the only place her really loves and feels comfortable in.

This is an essential service required by the people if EEBC especially the elderly. Without the Wells Centre the elderly will suffer consoderably potentially causing long term health and mental health problems which will have a knock on effect to the other services the council provide. Lonliness is bad fir anyone

We must not keep closing these valuable centres, while there is a possible initial cost saving, in the long run it will cost more to provide other support services else where or for those who use the service to find the support they need.
Some services need to be retained to hold together the structure of our society.
