We should be encouraging community life not closing it down!!

If the Wells Centre is sold off there will be no protection if it goes into private ownership.

I launched a musical theatre school here for the community in 2007 and it is still running with a very successful turnover. It is a vital lifeline for many of the older individuals in the area. If this centre was closed it would have a hugely adverse effect on so many people

As a child this centre was a place I viseted nearly every day as a library for brownies a church a youth club. My own children attended the play school. We held parties and wedding receptions. As a local bus driver I take senior citizens to visit the centre I think it would be a crime to take it away as it is a very important part of a lot of people's lives.

I have attended the community centre with my friend for singing for the brain and having lunch , I think it is so valuable to have a centre such as the wells serving the immediate community and other services .

This is a well used and well loved centre for all ages. It can not be closed, the community doesn't want that and should have a say in their local services.

Save the money elsewhere leave this community resource alone. The Wells and Langley Vale have no Xmas lights of flowers with roundabouts, hanging baskets etc, Look at the budget for these-Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh, Ewell by pass, leave us with something.

The Wells Estate is quite isolated,extremely so for the older people who do not drive. Please do not close this valuable building
