Don't sell off this wonderful local resource and community centre. Stop constantly planting new flowers in the parks and roundabouts, that should save a few thousand!

The Wells Centre is a local venue used by the young and old alike. It is the home of the pre-school and many other groups which meet regularly to undertake their activities, made possible by this venue and the facilities it offers. It is a perfect location for community meetings and events bringing the local residents together throughout the year. The loss of this centre will be a detriment to our community and I urge our councillors to look past the council's balance sheet and to consider the effect that losing the Centre would have on our local community.

Please do not close this wonderful facility for the community. It richly serves residents from nursery classes to Zumba plus much more in the middle and I've been to countless family parties through private hire. It would have such a negative impact on community life if closed.

This wells centre should not be closed , this centre is a life line for elderly people , transport is difficult for elderly residents within the area ,but have been advised by a elderly resident that there is a council run minibus(routecall) that collects residents from home and picks them back up from the centre which is a great idea .The council needs to take a deeper look into where money is being wasted before they close such a needed centre

At a time when communities need to pull together more than ever, closing a centre like this would be a real shame.

The Wells Centre is a part of so many families lives of so many differing ages. Some of which do not have the ease of transport. Esp. With the terrible buss services which keep on being reduced.

The Wells Centre offers the local community, young and old, a place to meet, have fun and learn. How can you take this important place away from those that need it?

It seems really short-sighted to close something that promotes community activities.

The wells centre is a vital resource for the community of all ages and is very well used. It would be a travesty if it closed. The consultation over the proposals has been woeful considering the gravity of the decision.

The centre is the corner stone of our community and is used by people of all ages. My 4yr old loves playing on the swings there. Looks like my 8month old won't get the chance as I guess the decision to close it has already been made.

This vital link for many elderly and vulnerable people should be kept open at all costs!
