We need this centre as it offers local residents so many different facilities, including hairdressing, sewing and knitting circles, other clubs, lunches and all sorts of activities and get-togethers that enhance the lives of those who are lonely and need to interact with others. There are too few of these types of centres already and to shut another seems madness; it is so very popular. Also it offers pre-school activities which helps children and parents alike. Please keep this centre open.

It should be possible to run this well-loved center to break even/make small profit with the right management support, perhaps involving local business expertise.

This Centre needs to stay open. It is used by so many people living on the Wells Estate plus people from Ashtead and Epsom. Too many Halls are being closed and the land built on but Centres and their activities are the life blood of the community

I attend 4 different classes at the Wells centre and find it very friendly. It will be extremely difficult for all these classes to find new venues convenient for all those who attend the various functions at the centre.
