My family and I regularly use the park for fresh air and exercise and I would would be extremely disappointed to lose the facility. I believe it to be a valuable asset to the community to have some space and a natural environment close by so the children can learn about wildlife and how to behave around grazing livestock. I have serious concerns about the impact on the traffic at peak times and presume that any developer ment traffic would be filtered down to the mini roundabout causing even more problems let alone the impact on access to the A414 and motorway which is already woeful. Living at the top of Ellenbrook Lane I am extremely concerned on impact to surface water having observed plenty of it in my garden and on the roundabout despite endless work to remedy it. Last but not least it would be great to see a council actually make a section 106 stick. It seems to me that developers willfully ignore them knowing that they can tie most councils up in years of legal wrangling paid for by us for their profits.

Our council should not be allowed to break promises(the country park). Also no more houses before new general hospital, more schools and better roads.

Preservation of open, wilder spaces which are easily accessible is of increasing importance to any community. I know that many local residents use this space for leisure and exercise purposes. We cannot underestimate the value and virtue of such a site, especially in terms of wellbeing. This reason is important enough to preserve this area. The implications of both building and quarrying in terms of disruption, pollution and potential expansion of the bromate pollution is another whole horror.

This valuable area of open space is vitally important to local people as somewhere to exercise their dogs and themselves and to de-stress a little from modern pressures

The loss of this land will be detrimental to the community, wildlife and future generations. This is the only piece of land locally where foxes, deer, muntjac, birds of prey can be seen in their natural habitat.

The legal agreement of 29th December 2000 was lawfully entered into by all parties. It should be honoured.

Arlingtons should make good their S106 promise. Why is it these people try so hard to get out of agreements that they have made; or just expect time passing will make others forget?

It's the only safe place to walk our dog. It has so much to offer to so many people. Please leave it alone. Thank you

The s.106 agreement should be enforced without any further delay - many years overdue. The quarry should not be considered if there is the slightest risk of bromate pollution

The terms of the s.106 agreement should have been enforced years ago. Arlington should never be allowed to further develop the site. The risk of bromate contamination is frightening
