Leave Ellenbrook a green wildlife area to enjoy with the next generations.

Ellenbrook Park is an important outdoor facility for the local community, with the Park run, health walks, dog walks etc. Development will see Hatfield and St Albans merge in a big urban sprawl.

It is important for Democracy and the Rule of Law that local government, planners and developers are made to uphold previously entered legal agreements .e.g. the s106

No way can you build on the land. We have so much traffic in St albans rd west as it is. So many lorries all day.Ellenbrook lane is a lane ,not a road it would be chaos. And make it very dangerous. Please use common sense, not Money sense.

Need to protect the Ellenbrook Fields not only for our wildlife ,but for the ecology that sustains us all.

We don’t want to lose this lovely area, we have lost enough green spaces already

The area has a great play area for my children and would be a tragedy if it is built on

The creeping overdevelopment of the local area will extinguish important green spaces. One day we'll blink and it will all be gone.

This space needs to be preserved for use by the community and not a quarry or housing estate. Open space for the community is essential for recreational use

Promises made need to be fulfilled. Ellenbrook Country Park needed to preserve some green space for next generation & prevent urban sprawl. Mineral excavations really... not enough contamination of our local water supplies, Bell Lane London Colney, future sink holes etc. Think long term & bigger picture people please. Once habitats gone, decades to recover if ever. Action now for all.

Stop trying to cash in on local green spaces and give the local community the country park that was promised.

This is such a lovely piece of open Park. To destroy it would be shameful. Our environment it very important for safety and preserving our dwinderling green land this should not be permitted. I fully support the enclosed.

It is vital that this country park be retained entirely for the use of the local community and not be subjected to the effects of quaking or housing

I will gladly sign but fear the council will find a way round your objection. That land is valuable to them. Good luck to us!

I wish to register my objections as a resident and daily dog walker of this area.

There has been plenty of reseach showing that green space is beneficial to good mental health of a population. Ellembrook Park is such a space and the setting up of a trust for this park is long overdue. It should remain as a green space and if gravel extraction is needed it should be done elsewhere, particularly in an area safer for the water supply.
