It can’t be allowed to be built on or quarried, the increase in traffic either way will be horrendous, not to mention pressure on already overstretched resources such as schools etc. What stops St Albans running into Hatfield. Green space is vitally important.

Cannot believe we are loosing potentially yet another green space when so many houses are already being built in this area. We are already overwhelmed with traffic and lack of access to local services due to overcrowding demand.

All our green spaces are disappearing with housing estates being built all around us. Please help save our green spaces for us and our families future.

The land between Notcutts and the University is a unique parkland with important recreational, wildlife and public health resource for Hatfield and other local residents and preserves the green belt gap between Hatfield and St Albans.

This serves the community of hatfield. Also more wildlife habitats would be destroyed

I regularly use this local green space to walk and occasionally jog to relieve the daily stresses and strains of my long commute into London and this area should be kept to develop into a Country Park for all to enjoy.

A beautiful green space to walk and enjoy for the local Ellenbrook residents and must be saved for use as a country park.

This is, now, the only green space for the Ellenbrook residents to use and enjoy and it must be preserved.

As a former resident of Bramble Road, I would support any action to retain this important area and create the proposed Country Park.

It is appropriate that this area should be preserved as a country park as promised. It is a really valuable and much loved space where wildlife flourishes.
