Ellenbrook Fields is a vital resource for the local community including families, runners, cyclists and dog walkers. It is designated as Green Belt land - the authorities must put the community's best interests above profit.

I'm so lucky to live in this part of Hatfield . And people come visiting it for walks and bike rides . Be such a shame to loose it we can't keep chipping away at our country just to please others . It will be regretted we need to think of nature . David Atinbourough had said the natural suvilisation is dieing

This should bea country park, as the name suggests, a designated space for the enjoyment of local people, and a natural environment, not evidence of further disruption of the landscape.

We need the country park. It is the only green space readily available to most local residents. This is yet another case of profit over peoples needs.
