This school is a second home for students and we love our family there. Could you say that about the other schools in the SLZUSD district????? No! This school makes students feel safe AND CARED about. A place where you can be yourself!! Don't close down the best thing that's ever happened to students who go or have went there.

I really hope this school isn't closed down because if it is then all that's going to result from its closure is thr elimination of an environment that allows students of color to flourish and feed their minds.

Class of 2012.
I love this school. EBA taught me how to use my art to express myself and my feelings and I'll never forget that. Amazing teachers who genuinely cared about the students and their future. And made great friends who I'll never forget. #SAVEEBA!

If it weren't for East Bay Arts and the wonderful teachers and environment in that school I wouldn't be where I am today. If I would've gone to Arroyo, like I was thinking of doing when I first heard I was going to EBA, I wouldn't have survived. EBA helped me gain confidence in myself and no one there ever told I couldn't be something or that I couldn't voice my opinion.
I love this school and I hope to see many other students graduate from here and have the experience I did.

This has so many memories for me. They can't shut it down not when it's the reason for some of us to want to come to school.

East Bay Arts not only helped me develope as and Artist but helped me be a better person. It was a second home to me while I was in high school and provided me with so many opportunities that I would have never gotten if I went anywhere else. So many people will be devastated by the closure of this school. Please Save EBA

East bay arts will always be more than just a school to me. It's where I gained many friendships and personal experiences to carry along with me, where I re evaluated myself and where I vowed to never stop asking questions. So much love for this place.
