The Welsh Assembly have strict criteria for school closure and it is not apparent as to which the Authority is attempting to apply in this case.

We are so pleased ,happy and proud that our grandsons go to Eagleswell Primary School.It is a pleasure to travel down from Yorkshire,to take them to this brilliant school.Leave well alone,it is working well

No services to deal with more houses. The school is brilliant with great teachers. What would the alternative be?

all my children went to eagleswell primary school , i have four children emma daniel and charlotte and victoria they are all grown adults now ,and my older children have children of there own and they started there early days at the school so it would be such a sad day to see a brilliant school knocked down for more housing and a shop ,you have the corner shop you boverton ,you llantwit so lets keep our school .

Bigger is not always better. The small school ethos will be lost. My grandchildren will lose out. Llantwit Major has enough capacity for 2 primary schools.

May have moved away but all 3 of my children have very happy memories of this wonderful school. Would hate to see it go. Also lived very close to the school so understand any proposal to build on land would not be welcomed by those nearby.

Leave our schools alone!! It has a massive impact and classrooms are already overstretched in my opinion.

This school pretty much embodied my childhood, I'd hate to see it go!

leave the schools alone the teachers are already overstretched and underfunded without putting more pressure on them. it's the children that will ultimately suffer xx
