DFB provide an essential life saving service. HSE are under resourced in the frontline area's (but certainly not in the management) stucture. it would be a death sentence for many if this service was given to the HSE considering the enormous cutbacks in the HSE ambulance service. NO, NO, NO TO THIS MOVE
