This is an important role to the safety of the children. Don't compromise safety for what I am estimating is 30k a year. The school won't be there much longer if you are moving just keep investing or consider cutting time and making a volunteer position. The role is vital regardless.

The way people drive anymore there will be kids getting hit trying to cross 21 highway in Dresden,without crossing guards hospitals will be overwhelmed by with kids getting hit wake up people!!!!
