Please don't destroy this unique part of Manx heritage, there is nothing else like it in Great Britain and virtually the world.

It's ridiculous to lose such a road calming measure and a unique peace of heritage. Where is the confidence in believing previous Tynwald decisions?

The government should promote the trams as a tourist must try. All our visitors use the horse drawn tram it's a great asset.

Incomprehensible that it is proposed the trams should only start at Broadway. The Service is needed for the whole length of the Promenade, starting - as is both logical and good commercial sense - from the Sea Terminal where visitors arrive.

If anything is to put off future visitors to the Island, then here it is.
My family have been regular visitors for years. No longer if this is agreed.

The horse tramway is a unique piece of the island's heritage and a useful link to the MER from the sea terminal and the steam railway

The loss of the horse trams would be a tragic loss to the island. It has to be one of the islands main tourist attractions with many people and children from all round the world coming to the island to experience this fabulous ride.
This along with all the other attractions make this island such a wonderful place to live and visit. Why is it and many other attractions always expected to make money.I bet not all the heritage sites make a profit and i am sure the wildlife park-with all the footfall it has, doesnt turn a profit.
Having the horse trams also acts as a traffic calming measure.
Therefore i would like the horse trams to remain whwere they are. They have only been there for 140 years.Good luck for at least another 100.

Publicise your world class transport facilities - they are too precious to lose! They should be expanded not lost to posterity.
