This shop has quickly become a favorite for our family. As neighbors to the Mercado we frequently have meals here, but it has been missing something we couldn't quiet figure out until recently. Sweets! With this shop we got far more then sweets, though. The owner is more then just casually friendly. He goes out of his way to remember our names and make sure we're happy with our order. It's clear that he finds actual joy in watching his customer's eyes light up when he hands them a delectable treat.
I hope you take the time to listen to the community. We want Don Bigote Churros to stay!

I love Don Bigote! They gave the best and freshest churros and great desserts. I'm so happy to have a location here in Portland and not have to travel all the way to Salem!
