Don bigote is a masterpiece of a business. Erick is symbol of what it means to work for your own success. I admire Erick and his family very much and would love nothing more than to see him continued success. I implore the management to reconsider the move, and perhaps reach an amicable resolution (management must have their reasons).
Again, I hope Erick’s Don Bigote is allowed to stay, and we all enjoy our time together on this floating ball of Lava.
