I love d&dtools, it may not be the detailed publication, but it gives the reader a good enough idea to get to want to look up the full blown facts, please don't take it down.

DnDtools allows players to stay connected with the game using a single resource. It is unfair to take that away from us.

Aside from forcing everyone to use the latest edition of D&D, there's no reason to shut down dndtools. I have the physical books, and an online database is what's needed. The people who run this site aren't making money off it, so why shut it down?!

Was a great site, Why remove it, we still needed the books to review the material or rules

D&Dtools is one of the few websites which actually has a compilation of 3.5e rules that is easily searchable. I own the books, I just want to be able to find a feat or class without first having to remember which book it's in. Not only that, but WotC doesn't even have their own database for people to use!

Has been an invaluable resource for easily locating various things in my large collection of 3.5 material.

Just because you stopped supporting 3.5 doesn't that doesn't mean that people stopped playing it.

This site has helped tremendously in many aspects of my gaming group. We own most of the books, but we prefer using the online database provided because it seamlessly links the feats, the classes, the races... everything. We don't need to keep 7 books around at all times, just the webpage and a quick search will usually do. Seeing as WotC provides no such service, this is really just terrible PR for them. If you're reading this WotC legal team, let me tell you that you've not gained anything from our gaming group. You've lost respect instead.

I have used this site for a long time now. I would be very sad to see it go. any WOTC sites are by far the worst sites for their own information. They are constantly going down and much harder to navigate. DND tools was amazing and my go to site. Just realize WOTC people that you should embrace this kind of thing, not can it. You're hurting your players ability to play your game.

Dndtools was useful. I would like to see them still running with the blessing of WotC.

I love DnD, and a compendium of this much player knowledge and fan-made contributions deserves to exist!

I use this site on a regular basis, for finding obscure information, and to save my non-existant money from purchasing books that are very hard to find. Please keep it up and running!

WotC is no longer making profit off of 3rd Edition Dungeons & Dragons, nor is 3rd Edition blocking profit for WotC. Please leave dndtools as an information archive.

It's non-profit, and just an easy access site to use for quick reference on material no longer printed.
