Certainly there is a better way to go about this WotC. No one associated with the site is trying to make money off of your product and the owners of the site have done a fare better job than you in creating a functional and easy to use database for 3.0/3.5 The Cease and Decist is hurting fans of the game more than it is helping you. This kind of mentality is the whole reason Pathfinder exists.

I agree that Wizards should pick this idea up and supply it to their customer base.

alienating the 3.5 player base will make them less likely to buy 5e products

With little access to most of the books up here in the cold north, dndtools was the only way for me to look things up that was only slightly relevant

You don't even support this product anymore. Stop kicking us for using a product that's better than any compliation you've released. I'd buy dnd tools if Wotc made it. Missed opportunity.

If WOTC is going to shut down such a great and extensive source of information for thier 3.5 D&D, the least they can do is make a version of their own. Otherwise, let them invest their time in 5e and let us enjoy our 3.5

Maybe if your books werent so expensive we wouldnt need sites like this, WotC. Not everyone has access to buying them, so dndtools is the next best, if not better, option

Still a fan of WotC, but dndtools database is better than what I've personally experienced with WotC digital content. It may be time to depart from 3.5 as 5.0 has been released

Don't you make enough money from us buying all your stupid books and figures and everything else required to play this game. You are ridiculous for attacking a simple website that doesn't make any money off of this information. THAT THEY ACQUIRED LEGALLY. Well fuck you guys. I'm going to go illegally download every DnD book I can, and you won't make shit off of it.
D&D beyond is not nearly as good as 5etools
Keep the hope alive
