The entire project is complete lunacy and needs to be totally scratched. Taxpayers deserve much better. I believe the catchphrase is 'Grow Clinton'. This would do just the opposite.

It's not the location that's the problem. It's that the city is on the hook for the 4.4 million dollars (prorated) if the center cannot be financially sustainable for up to 34 years. How is this center going to be funded year to year?

As someone who works in this neighborhood,I feel this would bring alot of problems to the entire area. The overall plan appears to have way too many flaws and unanswerable questions...
