Jamie, has been amazing to my both of my sons education... it is concerning of have her removed without notice to parents. Principal are leaders of schools, it impacts the staff, students, and parents. Please let her finish and hopefully stay for go. We love her here at Desert Hills Gina Gibson

I am an educator and my nephew attends this great school... Why would an outstanding principal be removed mid academic year bring her back until a proper replacement is found if needed ...this really effects the school and students and the parents as a whole and seems like bad human resource management and odd and unfair that they would move her mid year. There seems to be a lack of transparency In handling this situation.

To reassure that the teachers,staff,and especially the students continue their excellent work ,I wholeheartedly believe that she should be reinstated as principal.

Sad she is been removed. Don’t know the reason. If this happens on her behalf Im happy for her. Otherwise if this happens because someone has bad intentions against her is just not fair and a complete defamation. Ms Vince is been an exceptional Principal who always been very supportive, ready to listen us and help us as a parents and our most important treasures our kids. She can’t be damage in any way she should get a recognition for all the years of hard an immaculate work. We love Ms Vince, we hope we cam have her back!!!!

Please keep Ms. Vence in Desert Hills she is a grate principal

How sad, our principal was against bullying... stood up for those that couldn't stand up for themselves... and now she's bullied out... we need to stand up for her!

Ms. Vance she's helped all kids with love and amazing soul. she's professional for her students.

Ms.Vance is one of the most amazing principles I have ever seen. She’s helped so much with my brothers education and many other kids and she’s such an amazing soul.

It seems this LCPS administration has a policy of listening to a few unhappy staff/parents and making hasty decisions. Does this mean that they will listen to a minority group and not bother to see how the rest of the DHES community family feels? So I guess that the policy is "Fix it until it breaks". I say in a loud voice ….…Bring back Ms. Vance and let DHES continue to reign high on it's ratings.
