Is this another knee jerk reaction to funding issues?? And they'll decide in a couple of years that they need to reopen it but by that time all the experienced staff will have moved on. I thought the birth rate had increased, hence the need for more school places, so won't we need more nursery places too??

An excellent nursery which has served both my daughters and my grandson. It would be a shameful loss to the community to lose this facility.

My grandson as been at this nursery for over a year and half since he was 1 year old and it has been the most constructive and positive place for him to be for early learning, social skills and confidence away from family at such a young age. It's a absolute shame that derby street is closing with the loss of amazing people that give so much care to our children. This is a great loss to fantastic child care and job loss in the area of heywood !!
