The area is being totally overdeveloped and all of the green areas that kids can play, hangout and dog owners take their dogs is being built on. In total there is over 1700 being proposed to be built in this small area that is already struggling to cope with the current capacity. I feel this development is a negative and totally oppose it. I played my last competitive football game on there 30 years ago it would be such a shame to give it away for house building

I’m asking the Wrexham Council not to gift the ownership of the land. The land has been playfield, not as develpoment in the past by the council itself. Gifting land for private development is not right by law.

A negative impact on the community due to; Reduced area for 250plus kids to play football Dog walkers have space to run their dogs around the field. Reduced green space for the area Negativity towards the council

i object strongly to WCBC gifting public assets to Glyndwr University especially at a time when Glyndwr are slashing their admin workforce to the bone. Shame on them. Highly paid managers increasing whilst the hard working admin are thrown on the scrap heap. The money from the sale of that land to Glyndwr will go a step towards their employees benefits/ council tax reduction

Why do people who don't live near us think they know what's good for us. Building houses that the local resources cant support and ruining the community framework. This field is well used by the community for well needed recreation for our growing children and their families

It's not as if this is spare unused land there are regular football matches here over many age groups and levels of the game as well as other leisure pastimes. It's getting to the point that greed is taking over common sense where housing development is taking president over quality of of life for the existing residents.
