The park is a natural beauty that must be left as it is for future generations, not exploited for greed, convenience and twisted into another treasure lost to development!!!! It's natural wonder and few enough are left!!!

Are you kidding me about this? Cultus Lake Park is the REASON THAT TOURISTS COME HERE. Every change that you make, every tree that you chop, is one less reason to come here.

grew up here and don't get to visit much now. Would hate to see my beloved lake look unrecognizable with a bunch of eyesore condo developments when I do get to visit. Bigger isn't always better.

Cultas lake has so much natural beauty it would be a shame to change it. I brought my kids down there often when they were little, now I bring my grandchildren. Cultas Lake is a family fun place to enjoy and connect with nature. We need to protect and value what we have.

I have several friends that live/vacation in Cultus Lake and I've had the pleasure of visiting. It is a remarkable community that does it need to have existing shared public areas replaced by developments.

Leave Cultus Lake unspoilt and the way residents and visitors clearly want it left. Development is not needed.

Keep the park the way it is. No resort development. The only reason we moved here was because it wasnt resort style. We have harrison for that

traffic is a nightmare already. going into the Lake it is not uncommon to see the traffic backed up to the Yarrow turn off. Further development is not needed with the traffic being a nightmare already.

Cultus Lake has enough issues with traffic and we do not need to be welcoming more traffic into the already congested madness

Why would you want to take away the only good thing left in chilliwack. Leave it alone and take your money else where. The lake is perfectly fine the way it is.
The empty lot the race track use to be on, bring back another raceway that's one good way to bring more money.
I must say this summer was probably one of the best times I've had in cultas. Always going to the adventure park, movies, swimming, water slides.

I think it's absolutely terrible that there will be more houses being built in there. U will he taking away such a huge picnic are of the lake. I would stop going there
