Not every undeveloped piece of property needs to be developed. Cultus Lake is a regional treasure where many people come to enjoy nature and it would be a shame if it were ruined!

I walk the trails around the golf course all the time and it would be a shame to see all of that forest turn into housing.

It would be such an incredible shame to take away what makes Cultus Lake as charming as it is.
The fact that there is an issue with the septic system; How would more housing help the situation?

I object to the unnecessary of cutting of important trees. Many of the large Douglas-fir trees of Cultus Lake have important heritage value, besides being absolutely gorgeous.

I enjoy walking on all the trails and really hope, that no more trees will be cut.
