why take away the enjoyment from future generations. Parkland all over Canada is being re-zoned for this type of development, all for the sake of money. enough is enough !

It is absolutely ridiculous to think the West Coast should be paved over to line someone's pockets. We Do NOT have a housing crisis, we have a stupidity crisis. Leave the established recreation areas intact!! HANDS OFF OUR PARKS!

Un-necessary and who is benefiting from this???? Someone who gets to MAKE MONEY from it. Putting in all that stuff sounds suspiciously like creating a structure for something later that currently is not there.....Leave it alone.

Our family visits twice a year for day trips .We love the simplicity of Cultus, let's keep it this way. Currently $6 for all day parking, we would pay $10.

Leave the park as it is! It's busy enough there in the Summer. We love going there a lot and love the beauty of the nature. We build a lot of family memories there every year. Please leave the park as it is.

The park is busy enough. If you develop it for more people, that will bring more water traffic (too much already) and more security issues.

Development is not "needed". Do not destroy this area.
