This land was given by our indigenous neighbours the Sto Lo Nation for the people of Chilliwack to enjoy for all times. So if it's developed we have destroyed the spirit of that gift as we will limit access to the lake and the beach forever.

Obviously the development will end up being sold to corrupt money launders from Asia so NO NO NO. Smarten up BC and stop destroying the environment and the province.

No to the developers. The Natural park must be maintained for the future public to enjoy. If we pave it all over it is lost forever. Maybe the trees, birds and squirrels need a vote on this issue as well.

That forest is beautiful and should stay. Profit makers at other people's expense can go elsewhere.

Take a look in the forested area on the east end of Park Drive. We know dead trees should be removed, but come on. If they are clearing this area for day campers what a shame. There will be no more walking trails to be enjoyed

No more development in cultus lake park. More development means more money needed, then more money to maintain development, Where's all this money coming from?
Surely not from the residents who don't want this,

Cultus Lake is a jewel in an otherwise development crazy area. Somethings should just be left to enjoy in their natural state or as close to as can be. My family has so many memories of family picnics and summer fun at "the lake" that it would be a shame for others not to be able to enjoy the same.

There must be some land that is left for the enjoyment of the people. The park land should be left free of development as parks are supposed to belong to the people of BC. Let the people of BC enjoy the park as it is.
